Sarah Gilbert, MBA
Sarah Gilbert served as the director of the Informatics Academy at PHII until February 2018. In this role, she led and managed the research, design and development of training curricula and a network of delivery partners.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with organizations in a wide variety of industries globally. Before joining PHII, her expertise in training strategy, advanced learning technology infrastructure, as well as design and development of customized instructional experiences led her to found her consulting firm, meLearning Solutions. During this time, she had the opportunity to consult with PHII to develop a strategic training plan and provide technical input to the Informatics Academy website. Her clients included many industry leaders, such as General Electric, Infor, Dollar General, Cox Communications, CarMax, and Manhattan Associates.
Sarah is a national facilitator for the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), serves on the Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASTD’s executive board, and is an Adobe eLearning Community Manager. Her work has been published in The Book of Road-Tested Activities (2011), 68 Tips for eLearning Engagement and Interactivity (2013), T+D Magazine, and various other business publications. She is an international speaker on the practical application of innovative learning technology. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degree, both with a concentration in business management.
